The Pano is a luxurious water front residence located by the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, Thailand.
Occupying just over 14,000 m2 of land, the development comprises a 57-storey tower and low-rise river front residences gathered around a lotus pond which amplifies the sense of living by the water. It is also one of the tallest buildings in Bangkok, coming in as the 4th highest residential building and 9th highest building in the city overall.
The concept architect on the project was the multiple award winning design team at WOHA Design PTE LTD from Singapore, with Tandem Architects acting as the implementation architect.
The project was developed in 3 phases, beginning with the luxury condominium with a total gross area of approximately 130,000 m2.
There are a total of 397 apartments, consisting of 345 High Rise units (55 levels high) and 52 Riverfront Residences. Apartments range from 1 bedroom apartments to 4 bedroom villas, ranging in size from 58m2 to 579m2.
EEC Lincolne Scott was responsible for the design all of the M&E services for the development.
This included air conditioning in the apartments and common areas, ventilation, fire protection, electrical, sanitary and vertical transport.
